Undershepherd offers granular privacy settings for your interactions and tasks so that you can make sure only the individuals you want to have access to them are able to view them.
By default, all tasks and interactions are public which means that every user that has an account with Undershepherd under your organization is able to see all life events, interactions, and tasks.
Life events are always public, but to change an interaction or task from “public” to “private”, make sure the bottom toggle is selected:

You’ll then notice that the toggle is highlighted in blue and the text changes from “This task is currently visible to all users in your organization” to “This task is set to PRIVATE. It will only be visible to you and the collaborators:

Now if you want someone to be able to view it, you’ll have to add them as a collaborator. These strict privacy measures ensure that the interactions and tasks are kept private when appropriate to do so.
