How does the 14-day free trial work?

When you sign up, we don’t ask for your card details, so you can try Undershepherd with no risk. At the end of your trial, we’ll remind you to add your card details if you want to keep using Undershepherd.

Do I need technical experience to use Undershepherd?

Definitely not! Undershepherd is purposefully designed to be simple to use. Whilst other tools add lots of features you don’t need, Undershepherd gives you just the features you need, so that you can track without being overwhelmed.

Can I import my existing church database?

Absolutely! If you have data in other systems or spreadsheets, you can take a CSV file from those places and import it directly into Undershepherd. We also have integrations with Breeze and planning center to allow you to pull your data over from those systems instantly

What happens after the trial ends?

If you haven’t added card details, you won’t be able to access Undershepherd. You can log back in at any point to upgrade and start using Undershepherd again.

Is there a mobile app?

We have a mobile app coming to the app stores soon. Until then, Undershepherd is fully web responsive, which means you can also follow a couple of steps to add Undershepherd to your phone home screen as a progressive web app.
