What is the White Glove Data Import?
Great question! Some churches have data in excel, Planning Center, Breeze, or another platform that they want to bring into Undershepherd. The “white glove data import” is us adding a personal touch to make sure your data is imported correctly and with as little effort as possible on your part!
Can I cancel any time?
Yes! You can absolutely cancel anytime you want with a click of a button. We’ve tried to make the experience as simple as possible in case you find the tool isn’t a good fit for your church.
Do you have a refund policy?
We sure do! We created Undershepherd to bless churches so if you’re not happy with it, we don’t want you to pay! We offer a generous 30 day no questions asked refund policy so there’s no risk to trying out Undershepherd!
